Following the success of its initial wargame for the Army Generalship Programme in 2023, Vedette was invited to continue delivering wargames for the 2-star general course. This iteration shifted focus from constant competition and deterrence to exploring modern, divisional, high-intensity warfighting—providing senior leaders with critical insights and opportunities to refine their decision-making in complex, contested environments.

Supporting Imray, a 400-year-old family business, at a critical decision point involving ownership, governance, brand identity, and future strategy. Under time pressure and with a small decision-making team, Vedette provided structured decision support to help identify hidden risks, dependencies, and opportunities—ensuring that strategic choices were fully informed and future-proofed.

Supporting UK StratCom in testing and validating the new Command Advantage concept through wargaming, combining Counter-Command Warfare and Command and Control Resilience. This initiative provided essential evidence to inform concept development and drive the adoption of new, integrated approaches to command and control in complex, multi-domain operations.

Enhancing Operational Resilience: Following the disbandment of its crisis construct in 2022, the Royal Navy uncovered critical gaps in its emergency response capability. Through a focused sprint, it rapidly developed a new Accident and Crisis Response Organisation (ACRO) to rebuild resilience and restore responsiveness in the face of emerging risks.
